out of 5Location was excellent and the staff were quite pleasant if not a little stiff! could not fault this hotel for quietness and position for heathrow airport. I wouldn't hesitate to use it again.

out of 5The free dinner with our stay was very good value and the whole package was excellent. I priced up other companies and they don't comepare with Superbreak value. I now recommend my friends use you and I will always book through you. Well done one happy customer.

out of 5I booked a day room before my flight, room very clean, shower a little small and flooded the floor on using. Everything ok apart from the room was not ready when I arrived. Room booked from 10am to 6pm, I arrived at 10.30am and got to my room at 11am. Did not like having to wait that long.
