out of 5we stayed over to visit the autum fair at the nec. the hotel was ideal location and fantastically clean. the pub next door served great food at a reasonable price and very tasty.

out of 5We were first given a normal room and there was not enough space to get wheelchair or scooter through between end of bed and the cupboard arrangement as you enter room. We have had problems in small rooms at other hotels and getting two sets of wheels in has been tight.. but never not been able to get either in. Lucky for us an accessable room was available and we were moved. We need sockets by the side of the bed for ventilator.
