out of 5Online booking of the hotel was simple and straight forward and costs were very competitive for this hotel and as I have stayed with this group when on business I was happy to make the booking. I booked a twin room but on arrival we were allocated a double, when this probem was brought to the attention of the reception staff it took seconds for them to fix the problem and have us allocated a twin room. Excellent service from competent friendly staff and this was carried through into all other areas of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for either a short break or a longer stay an will be happy to return.
