Must say beautiful hotel, staff very friendly especially if you at least try to speak a little spanish. Rooms very nice for maybe a three star hotel not four as stated,beds very hard. Top tip bring a kettle but good hair dryer provided plenty of shampoo soap etc, room made up every day spotless. Was afraid after reading reviews about food it was maybe a little repetative sometimes but very enjoyable always found something suitable and as much as you wanted we always used the restaurant downstairs as the one besides the reception hadn't as much choice or space. The entertainment was very repetative and very spanish so went into Benidorm most evenings. Pools lovely and plenty of sunbeds and you dont have to run down early for them. Overall very relaxing but if your looking for a lot of English speaking guests you would be better to stay nearer Benidorm center.

Me and a group of 5 came here for my birthday and had a really good time. The Levante Club Apts are lovely, very clean and spacious and close to bars and restaurants. Located at the end of the strip.

The Hotel Mont Park was exceelent and was all that was needed to help with a great holiday in a fabulous resort.

Purpose of visit was to meet old friends from UK Music at night far too loud to talk to one another.

NH Cristal Hotel is conveniently situated off the Rambla close to the esplanade, shops, plenty of bars and restaurants. It is fairly basic but quiet and served its purpose. Breakfast was good with an adequate choice of items.The main attraction was the Santa Barbara Castle reached using the Turibus. Shops were well scattered with no significant pedestrianised shopping precinct. Felt safe walking around in the evenings.

Hotel very clean, very busy at meal times had to queue for a table breakfast/dinner and had to sit were u wur told.

Had a lovely few days staying in Alicante early February. The Carnival night on the saturday was wonderful and we shall try & get there again for it.It is so easy getting to visit other towns nearby thanks to the cheap and frequent tram system

Had a great time, this was a grlie weekend so never saw many sights! just bars :)Loved the hotel, staff were really nice,, food was good too.Was great to get some sun in febuary.

i would like to say that Benidorm has improved greatly. And that the beach levante is a clean and nice play, i was up the new town end and there ia alot to do daytime and evening..

I am living in Spain at the present time and used the hotel to meet friends who had come to Benidorm for a holiday. In view of this I did not really get to go on any excursions or outings.
