out of 5We had a wonderful weekend at the cornwallis hotel, the 3 rooms we used were numbers 1,2 and 4 and were excellent. The staff were outstanding, and we will return as soon as we can.

out of 5The quoted price was so low, our expectations were likewise. Our room was quirky, the bathroom hobbit sized, but full of character. Dinner was excellent on both nights, but the star must be the breakfast which could not be faulted.

out of 5My treat for my husbands birthday turned out to be an excellent treat for us both. I had read the mixed reviews after booking and wondered what we were in for. We were not disappointed in the least. The hotel had a cosy feel and our room was very comfortable our only disappointment was a standard double bed which was too small for us. The staff were obliging at dinner and and went out of there way to ensure we had what we wanted as the menu didn't suit us.
