out of 5Hotel very good. Menu for the dinner bed and breakfast deal was not as good. Poor choice on the menu but this may have been besause a tour party was there for the 2 nights we stayed. Choice of chefs daily selection of veg was a bit weird. Ratatouiee with fish on the menu!!!! strange combination!!! oh well, a good nights sleep and relaxing couple of days.

out of 5The staff were very friendly. The hotel is in the process of being re-done and i'm sure when finished it will be an excellent place to stay. The countryside around was very pretty and it is close to several interesting towns and villages. The evening meal we had in the restaurant was tasty and well-presented.

out of 5Undegoing refurbishment so star rating may rise above 3, but hospitality and catering here is of the highest standard and should be reccomended - hotel is quiet too and situated part way up Wrekin Hill, Wellington - very east to locate.
