out of 5We went to Worcester to visit relatives so we didn't go to restaurants or clubs etc. The hotel was very good, clean and comfortable. Views of the malvern hills from our room. The hotel meals were excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful.

out of 5Beautiful building but house-keeping much to be desired. Decoration and refurbishment of the room would not be premature. Although the bedlinen was clean, not much else was, which gave the appearance of being dirty. Selection and quality of food was good.
