out of 5Once again , problems with Hotel booked through Superbreak. Last time , unfortunately the electricity/water went off and our baby girl was only six weeks old at the time. This time , we booked a TRIPLE room + cot , but when we arrived at the hotel we were told that they did not have triple rooms ????. Apparently they only had double/twin rooms. Staff were not very helpful ,as they looked to be under pressure ,as they were in the process of booking in a coachload of O.A.P,S. However ,we persisted and we eventually agreed on having a room designed for the disabled , which still had a double bed in it , but had more space for the single bed and the cot. The only saving grace was that the bathroom was massive. We were woken up at 5.45am the next morning by the coachload of O.A.P.'S ,who were having their breakfast , before leaving on their tour. The breakfast was good and the restaurant staff very helpful. A word of warning : if you need a room larger than a double , do not book here. If you don't like being woken up early by a group of noisy ,ignorant 65+ people then do not book here. If you're not too bothered and you like a good brakfast the this is the place for you.

out of 5our short break was designed to ensure we could see joe longthorne myself and 3 friends regulaly go to see him in a variety of locations we like to combine this with short breaks 3 of us have quite stressful jobs so these breaks are important to us as is the quality of the hotel we stay in our stay at the britannia was very good we were pleased with the quality of the accommodation and its location in relation to the venue, we would definatly use this hotel again and not just for the purpose we used it this time.
