out of 5The hotel was warm, friendly and extremely welcoming - the staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. I would recomend it to anyone!!! We spent the weekend shopping in Basingstoke, ten minute drive from the hotel. The town has a fantastic selection of shops with everything you need!!!.

out of 5Had a very relaxing time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was very good the only down side was that the small spa pool was not working for most of our stay despite staff trying to rectify it which was a shame. Would definately go back again.

out of 5Spent a couple of days here just to relax away from home without travelling too far. Really enjoyed cycling and walking along the basingstoke canal and surrounding footpaths/bridleways. Found some lovely local hostelries for refreshment! (recommend the hogget a few minutes stroll up the road for an evening meal) hotel room was small but adequate and looked out over the courtyard towards the leisure centre. Leisure centre nice but sauna far too hot!!! plenty of parking at the hotel. Dinner at the hotel was ok but nothing special.
