out of 5Visited London for the weekend to attend a wedding so didn't get a chance to do the normal tourist attractions. The hotel was excellent. Pleasant and helpful staff. When the hairdryer in the room stopped working they replaced it within 5 minutes. Breakfast was busy but enough staff to cope. Would definately stay there again.

out of 5Needed hotel as meeting up for friends in city for drink and train fares were obscene. Lucky enough to get a hotel we've stayed before and would happily return again. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable which is all i ever require. Didn't get an upgrade this time but even regular rooms are quite spacious with huge comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and prompt with service, managed to check in early which was bonus. Only wanted bed to sleep in as couldn't drive home but hotel stay here added more enjoyment to the whole trip.

out of 5My daughter and I had a wonderful time in London. The hotel was excellent, very comfortable, the staff were friendly and efficient, food very good.Our twin room was spacious and comfortable. We will book again next time we visit London. We had a lovely time shopping at westfields and spent time exploring the area around kensington, the shops and museums. We also went to the theatre to see legally blonde which was excellent.

out of 5The hotel was first class, ghost was first class, harrods afternoon tea first class, italian meal first class. We both enjoyed this break it was first class, only down moment was we had always gone into the first class lounge as I am disabled more for a seat as I cant walk far but we were told you had knocked this off our tickets this time we traveled.

out of 5Family trip to London for 2 days/1 night; 8-year old nephew loved the dinosaur exhibition at the museum! hotel was a 4* mystery so took a chance, but the location suited perfectly, and we weren't disappointed -excellent in every way, could not fault anything, the staff were very attentive and felt welcome as soon as we arrived. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
