out of 5Four of us stayed in 2 twin rooms for the weekend specifically to visit the Birmingham christmas market. We decided to stay at the holiday inn express as we could park the car for free and travel into Birmingham by bus or taxi. This turned out to be a great decision as the bus stop into Birmingham was right outside the hotel. It was really quick and cheap so we never bothered with any taxis. The staff at the hotel were amazingly friendly and helpful and there was nothing at all that we lacked. The rooms were not big but comfortable and spotless. Our free meal was delicious and far too plentiful. The hotel is ideally sited for a visit to Birmingham and surrounding area and ridiculously easy to find. We are going back next year. Thanks to everyone for a wonderful time, my sisters, my best friend and I had fun. :-).
