50th birthday surprise

Stay Date: 27/10/17, a customer aged 45-64 from United Kingdom who stayed at 4* Hallmark Hotel Glasgow (2 Night Offer & 1st Night Dinner) in Glasgow wrote this review.

We were a group of 3 couples celebrating my partner's birthday. Due to the late arrival of the couple flying from London I didn't risk pre-booking the restaurant, so we ate in the bar area, which See More  Read more information had the same menu. However we couldn't have dessert because we were informed the kitchen was now closed. The walls of the bedrooms are very thin so one couple was kept awake by very noisyneighbours. Rooms were very clean. Fitness and pool area was good. Pity the Jacuzzi was out of action. There is a bus stop outside the hotel but be aware they require the exact money. We ended up using thetrain to get where we wanted to go but didn't prove to be best option. I would suggest sussing out bus numbers properly beforehand, and have change in your pocket. Overall it was a great weekend. Nicehotel and helpful, friendly staff.   Collapse  Hide
