walking was easy from our base to the lake and to old town. scenery of snowcapped mountains were everywhere, boat trip on lake memorable. transport to all locations by train and tram was very easy to use and all based close to hotel.

Geneva is a nice tranqil place to spend a few days with a boat ride on the lake, no hustle and bustle like a lot of cities, if you like shopping the shops are good also
