2.00pm onwards: Check into the three-star Holiday Inn Express Heathrow T5
4.00-6.00pm: Your Superbreak Courier/representative will be at the hotel to help with check-in and provide assistance should you require it. Please note event tickets will be issued on the coach. Should you wish to travel independently, please collect your tickets from the courier/guide or immediately prior to the time of coach departure.
Evening: Enjoy at your leisure
Day 2
Enjoy your continental breakfast. Please check out of the hotel, be sure to hand in your keys, pay for any extras and take your luggage to reception for safekeeping
Morning: Depart by coach from outside the hotel for Ascot
Evening: Your coach will take you back to the hotel to pick up your luggage and allow you to continue your journey home
