Stay Date: 06/11/12, a customer aged 45-64 from Forton who stayed at 3* Wembley International Hotel in Wembley wrote this review.

I attended the O2 arena for the ATP finals with the intention of seeing Andy Murray in action. Unfortunately, he was scheduled in the afternoon rather then the evening slot that I had tickets for See More  Read more information but still saw two enthralling games including some entertaining and flamboyant tennis by Tsonga. It was a great evening and wonderful entertainment made all the better by the wonderful seats in the VIPbox provided by Superbreak. The hospitality and welcome was also first rate - a great experience all round.   Collapse  Hide

A Week in The Lakes

Stay Date: 12/11/12, a customer aged 45-64 from Leeds who stayed at 4* Beech Hill Hotel & Spa in Windermere wrote this review.

Relaxation, walking, good food and a few drinks was the order for the week. The walks were wonderful if a little wet, the food especially at the hotel was excellent, drinking has never been a cheap See More  Read more information activity but there was a good range of beers and wine wherever we chose to go. A must is a visit to the cinema in Bowness - a circle and stalls and a proper interval with an ice cream sales personwith tubs of ice cream in a tray. Brilliant! Hotel is located on the edge of Windemere, great views, and is having some refurbishment done. It needs it! Finger marks on white doors show a general lackof care over cleaning. Rooms are quite large but if you are booked into 41 or 42 and are a light sleeper get a room change. Restaurant in the hotel is excellent and the staff are very friendly.   Collapse  Hide

Poor Hotel

Stay Date: 24/11/12, a customer aged 45-64 from Milton Keynes who stayed at 3* Bayswater Inn Hotel in Bayswater wrote this review.

Upon arrival at the Bayswater Inn Hotel we were confronted with scaffolding all over the front of the building. At reception we were informed that there were no rooms, despite booking 3 months in See More  Read more information advance and we would be transferred to a sister hotel 'The Queens Park Hotel' which has very small rooms which need painting and generally smartening up. One of the rooms had no plug for the sink whichwas pointed out to staff at 3.45 in the afternoon. Despite speaking to staff on 2 other occasions no plug had been produced by the time we checked out at 10.30 the next morning. The buffet breakfastwas a shambles with insufficient tables at peak time. Like wise insufficient plates and cutlery for which residents had to wait.   Collapse  Hide
