Had to keep asking staff to replenish the breakfast bar. Not enough towels, no looroll in room. Four people were staying in the room yet only one person catered for. Directions to Hotel & Cadbury's world were poor. We will not stay in a 'Quality' hotel again. A very disappointingbreak. They ordered an extremely luxurious taxi to take us to the theatre. That was alsoan unfortgettable experience. Travelling around London can be expensive. I would recommend getting the discount passes for the tube and/or the buses A short walk from the hotel, just before the startof Oxford Street (next to the Odeon cinema) we found a JD Wetherspoon pub - great for an inexpensive coffee - cheapest we found by a long way. All in all a great couple of days.   Collapse  Hide
