Cooden Beach Hotel

Stay Date: 11/04/17, a customer aged 45-64 who stayed at 3* Cooden Beach Hotel in Bexhill-on-Sea wrote this review.

The hotel is a nice size, not too big or too small. Dining area recently decorated - very smart. Staff were extremely friendly. I enjoyed my stay and would go back without a doubt. The location from See More  Read more information the train station was brilliant however, maybe too far away from everything else. But if you like remote places this is ideal. The other good thing was that it was on the coast and when havingbreakfast you could look out at the sea and feel like you were in paradise. Spa facilities were good too.   Collapse  Hide

Not great

Stay Date: 18/04/17, a customer aged 25-44 who stayed at 3* Gateway to Wales Hotel & Leisure Club (2 Night Offer & 1st Night Dinner) in Chester wrote this review.

Hotel is not great and food is very bad. Prices are extremely high in the bar. We paid 11.40 for two pints of coke and 2 halves of coke. Cheaper to have bought alcohol. Rooms are very small and See More  Read more information dated and when house keeping came in no towels were changed and we had to empty our bin. Tea and coffee wasn't restocked and only 2 mugs and 3 milks for a family of 4. Would definitely not stay again andwould not recommend. Things not found in food were found in food so after paying extra for 2 course evening meal no one after food was sent back with no option of replacing or refund. Extremelydisappointing break. Highlight was coming home.   Collapse  Hide

Fab few days in Cambridge

Stay Date: 30/03/17, a customer aged 65+ from United Kingdom who stayed at 3* Royal Cambridge Hotel (2 Night Cream Tea Offer) in Cambridge wrote this review.

The hotel was very central and the staff, room and food were excellent, they couldn't do enough for you. The full English breakfast was exactly that, there was an enormous selection and everything See More  Read more information was freshly made and hot! My only gripe was getting to the hotel from the train station as we were given inaccurate directions from a couple of locals! However we found our way back without anyproblems. The free walking tour is highly recommended as our tour guide was very informative and really knew her way round.   Collapse  Hide

Stay Date: 19/04/17, a customer aged 45-64 who stayed at 3* The Queens Hotel in York wrote this review.

Queens Hotel fab location ,staff are helpful, walking distance to all amenities. Plenty of taxis and buses if you don't want to walk too far. Lots of things to do and visit, some things are free like the Railway Museum (donations accepted). 40th Birthday Break

Stay Date: 12/04/17, a customer aged 65+ who stayed at 3* Travelodge London Covent Garden in Covent Garden wrote this review.

Travelodge, Covent Garden, basic hotel but perfectly adequate. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast, adequate choice. Great location for visits to Drury Lane - 42nd Street was brilliant as was See More  Read more information Royal Opera House tour. Motown the Musical spoilt by seating arrangement. Seats in row P middle section of six seats were in line with the row in front and people in front constantly moving heads as wehad to in order to see the stage. From my seat about a third of stage was blocked by person in front. Covent Garden always full of life and interesting. Travel by train each way to and from West Sussexmeant standing all the way to London Victoria and virtually all of the return journey on both occasions travelling outside rush hour times.   Collapse  Hide
