Short Theatre Break

Days hotel was ok. Bedroom was small with little clothes hanging space. Staff were helpful, full breakfast was a bonus not always offered in London hotels. 5 minute walk from Lambeth North See More  Read more information tube. Pub across the road was worth a visit but perhaps not for food. Walk to the river (10 minutes) and Lambeth Palace with Garden Museum and cafe. Short but Sweet break in London

The food was fresh and plentiful. A great location forEuston, handy for buses/Tube and within haf an hour's walk from the West End and the Piccadilly Theatre, where we saw Jersey Boys. Great Weekend

Overnight in York

The Holgate Hill Hotel was very good and the staff looked after us well. If travelling by train and walking between the Hotel & the Station it can seem quite a way via the main roads. There is, See More  Read more information however, an official pedestrian/cyclists short cut from Holgate Road by using Lowther Terrace and the Station Car Park.
