A really Super Break

Stay Date: 22/05/14, a customer aged 65+ who stayed at 4* Rubens at the Palace in Victoria wrote this review.

Leisurely train ride to London from Bristol, made special by upgrading to First Class. Excellent Hotel with very welcoming staff who were happy to answer queries and help with getting around See More  Read more information London. The bedroom was luxuriously appointed and the air conditioning effective with very little noise. Probably would choose a King size bed when returning. After a full English breakfast we were off toThe Chelsea Flower Show - really good, especially if you can get there as early as possible to beat the crowds later in the day. We now try to travel by bus where possible - it is so much moreinteresting and gives you a better idea of the relation of one attraction to another. If you have a Bus Pass it can be used in London, so that cuts the cost considerably. A very enjoyable two days!   Collapse  Hide
