out of 5Lovely hotel with contempary style rooms which were clean and comfortable. In a great location central to main shopping area. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Plenty of bars and restraurants to chose from. We tend to go to the Rutland and Derby good choice of drink and food nice relaxed atmosphere.

out of 5Bus tour was very brief but interesting. Too many stops for photos. The river trip was good but too short from Tower to Embankment. Harrods tea was very poor with 2 scones and 1 glass of champagne, no sandwiches or selection of cakes!!

out of 5We returned to Cardiff after a fabulous time in October 2012 and we were not disappointed.After a lovely journey through the country side we received a warm friendly welcome by the Reception staff at Hotel Future. All the staff at the hotel went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything to make our stay comfortable. My husband had to leave the hotel at 6:00am to go on a fishing trip, the staff recommended a 'breakfast & go' and when he collected from the reception he received the breakfast with a cheery good morning (even at 5:30 in the morning). When we next spoke to staff that were interested in his day and made us both feel very special during our stay. The hotel is convenient to a vast range of refreshment facilities both in prices and menus. There is also indoor entertainment and is about 15 min stroll to the bus boat, 10 min to road bus service. All people working at the venues and transport services and in the fantastic shopping centre, we spoke to were very helpful and wanted to ensure we enjoyed our visit to Cardiff. The only problem we foresee in our next visit is the we are spoilt for choice in hotels and where to eat and what to do! Think have to a gentle walk around the tranquil bay to decide!
