out of 5Our hotel near Waterloo was very convenient, nice simple bedroom with all we needed. En-suite bathroom below standard only because the shower was very mouldy and not very inviting. Breakfast was good and staff friendly. Walked everywhere, went on a duck tour walked to London bridge, visited the old operating theatre then went up The Shard. Amazing. Walked to the west end and saw a show before going back to our hotel.

out of 5Down for visa application to American Embassy and combined this with a theatre trip to see Matilda, which was a fantastic show. Well worth the trip. Combined this with some sightseeing of main London attractions. Hotel was reasonably priced and well situated for jumping on and off tube or walking into central London. Rooms well appointed, simple and clean. Staff helpful and welcoming. Would stay here again.

out of 5We chose this hotel for the second year running for it's good value, comfort, cleanliness and good location. It is within walking distance of the Finish line for the London Marathon. Perfect.

out of 5Not impressed with standard in hotel. Mattress disgusting, shower needing refurbished, hairdryer didnt work, breakfast basic. manager shouting at customer in front of us insulting guest and threatening to throw out - not professional at all. Overcharged at bar for a drink.

out of 5Location good - getting around from there is easy. Bar in Covent Garden good. Hotel staff very helpful.Visit to theatre and watching Lion King was one special thing to remember.
