out of 5The view from the hotel was a block of offices and the main duel carridge way through brum. The location was brill couldn't fault it. The only thing i could find wrong was the pillows they were very hard and there was only one. But over all we had great time and cant wait to do it again next year. Thank you.

out of 5Returning to Birmingham after 35 years was a very pleasant experience. And what a good job they have done in developing the centre to include pedestrians. A city well worth a visit.

out of 5Long time since we visited Birmingham and pleasantly surprised. The hotel is in a great central location for the shopping centre or canal walk. Breakfast was good and even though the hotel was full on the saturday night and very busy for breakfast the food was good and plentiful and amazingly the restaurant staff remained calm and attentive. You may want note that dinner is a choice of cantonese or asian food. We chose the cantonese and it was very good.

out of 5The copthorne was an excellent hotel, very convenient for the centre of Birmingham, yet very quiet. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant, friendly and helpful and we would be very happy to stay there again. The only downside was a fire alarm which had us standing in the car park at 1am!!.
