It was all ok...but the room was not particulary clean and the draft from the window - whilst shut was incredible....very cold. Did report this at reception. See More  Read more information   Collapse  Hide

The Imperial Hotel is very nice albeit noisy from the traffic. We only stayed the one night on our way to Brugge but the rooms are very comfortable although drinks are very expensive. See More  Read more information   Collapse  Hide

London weekend

Stay Date: 25/11/16, a customer aged 45-64 who stayed at 3* Royal National Hotel in Russell Square wrote this review.

Even though you don't expect luxury for such a low cost you would expect the hotel to be clean. The hotel corridors were never hoovered and they could also do with a lick of paint. See More  Read more information   Collapse  Hide

London Theatre & Shopping

Stay Date: 09/12/16, a customer aged 45-64 from United Kingdom who stayed at 3* President Hotel in Russell Square wrote this review.

Out stay at the President Hotel was comfortable, clean and value for money as a central location for London. Our room was adequate and clean and looked like it has undergone a fairly recent See More  Read more information renovation. The only downside was the radiator would not turn off in the room & it did get very hot and stuffy in the room. The room was on the inner side of the building where there was constant hum ofgenerators/air conditioning units, so it you are a light sleeper you would find it very distracting, which was louder with an open window, you also got the smell of the Chinese restaurant that was locatedbelow, which could be off putting to some customers. The breakfast was excellent and we were quickly shown to a table. I would definitely stay here again, but request not to stay on the inner side ofthe building. As two old friends, we had a wonderful weekend with our daughters with a planned visit to The Red Shoes ballet at Saddlers Wells which was absolutely fantastic!   Collapse  Hide

Enjoyable break in London

Stay Date: 28/12/16, a customer aged 45-64 who stayed at 3* President Hotel in Russell Square wrote this review.

It was great that SuperBreak organised everything so that we didn't need to bother! The President Hotel was a little tired but the staff made up for everything. So helpful and friendly they couldn't See More  Read more information do enough for us. The breakfast not so good. Continental to me, fresh breads pastries, cheeses, hams, honey, yogurt, lots to choose from; not so in this hotel... fruit, cereal and toast. Verydisappointed. Would I stay there again? Yes I think I would. It is close to the rail station, they make great cocktails in the bar and it's clean. Went to see School of Rock, it was amazing. The NaturalHistory Museum is worth a visit, you can spend hours in there. Covent Garden is a special place and a must visit. If you love fresh fish try Loch Fyne in Henrietta Street. Fab restaurant. Allin all, a great city break.   Collapse  Hide
