Editor Notes:

Editor’s comments: This is a large hotel with over 1,500 bedrooms in London so at peak times, such as Saturday nights, queues for breakfast and check-in can be expected. This hotel offers excellent value for money and is very well located in Russell Square and close to Oxford Street.

Terrible Hotel in London

Stay Date: 14/10/06, a customer from Isle Of Man who stayed at 3* Royal National Hotel in Russell Square wrote this review.

The Royal National Hotel in Russell Square was appalling. The shower fluctuated between cold and boiling, the TV didn't work and no one was available to sort it out until we'd left, the restaurant See More  Read more information was so full for breakfast that we eventually gave up without eating and the corridors were littered with young people sitting around on the floor with rucksacks etc.and had to be climbed over to get toyour room. The Reception staff were bordering on rude and reminded me of the TV program "Faulty Towers". There was only powdered milk for tea in the rooms and one tea bag per person per day unless youwanted to go 6 floors down to ask for more   Collapse  Hide
