With many tube stations nearby and great bus routes, you'll be able to get to wherever you fancy visiting. Plus, you're only one stop from Kings Cross Station and St Pancras should you be looking to enjoy an exciting Eurostar break.

Hotel 5 minutes from Euston. Everything within easy walking distance. Visited Kew Gardens (used 241 national rail days out offer),Maritime museum; took free city cruise & went to two shows. Cramming it all in!

Hotel - Imperial, Russell Square: arrived a bit early from a long journey from Cumbria before our rooms were ready. Had a packed lunch to eat - decided to eat it in the hotel foyer until the room See More  Read more information was ready but got told that it wasn't allowed as we could buy food there. Rooms OK-ish but found long fair ladies' hairs on the carpet by our mirror. Very little sleep, sirens and road traffic noisecombined with hearty revellers until after 2am, then it all started again with early morning workers' traffic at 5am. Great time in London

Met up with family, Hotel was walking distant for king cross.and great for walking to all of London's sights.The Tavistock Hotel was very friendly. Booked hotel as it was convenient and good base, then off to London Eye (had Champagne Experience) followed by Planet Hollywood restaurant. Next day shopped then if you get chance recommend Spa at See More  Read more information hotel Intercontinental. Hotel was big but the staff were lovely & very helpful. Plenty of hot water & great breakfast. We visited London including Covent Garden, Leicester Square & Picadilly & saw Billy Elliot in the See More  Read more information evening which was excellent. Next day we did Madame Tussauds & were able to leave luggage at the hotel for 50p per item (as opposed to ?9 at Euston station!) Fabulous trip, will definitely use Superbreakagain.   Collapse  Hide
