With many tube stations nearby and great bus routes, you'll be able to get to wherever you fancy visiting. Plus, you're only one stop from Kings Cross Station and St Pancras should you be looking to enjoy an exciting Eurostar break.

Very big hotel. Lots of students not enough staff. Very busy all night long. Paid for breakfast in price but if you wanted it would take an hour or more in the queue to even get in restaurant. Dreadful stay

I left the Royal National Hotel after staying just one night of my three night stay. I was appalled at the dingy room, which although had been cleaned at some point was very dusty. The first See More  Read more information breakfast was a complete sham. Having to fight to get a table which had not been cleaned from a previous user. The food was cold and tasteless. Best decision was to pay a little more to travel by First Class Rail. Hotel was convenient, being on Russell Square, clean, tidy, good attentive staff and really sensible bar prices for both drinks & food! The Tavistock Hotel is clean and conveniently placed for many attractions in London. Rooms are clean but small; staff helpful but friendly; bar prices reasonable. Exciting London

The Royal National Hotel is in an excellent location and we used the subway to easily access all the places we wanted to go. Walking around the Bloomsbury area in the evening was also very enjoyable See More  Read more information with lots of landmarks and many good eating places.
