Great value break

Stay Date: 24/12/14, a customer aged 45-64 who stayed at 3* Bedford Hotel Christmas Break in Russell Square wrote this review.

We arrived on Christmas Eve and from then on the hotel took great care of us, starting with dinner and a coach tour, to a full day on Christmas day and even dinner on Boxing Day. The staff in the See More  Read more information restaurants were all extremely helpful and pleasant. Couldn't believe the value. We had a comfortable room overlooking the garden, so the only noise came from people slamming doors in the corridor, butthat didn't happen often. Overall we were pleasantly surprised at just how good the break was, and would certainly recommend it to anyone who, like us, wants to avoid the hassle at Christmas.   Collapse  Hide

Not so Merry Christmas

Stay Date: 24/12/14, a customer aged 25-44 from Inverness who stayed at 4* Doubletree by Hilton London West End Christmas Break in Bloomsbury wrote this review.

We had a very cold hotel room, our thermostat read 28 degrees but on checking the room temperature it only went to 20 degrees. We found the staff very unfriendly, Christmas Lunch was very See More  Read more information disappointing, food was lukewarm, only brown turkey meat, veg was cold, desserts all bought in and presented pretty badly.
