Weekend in London

Stay Date: 14/03/14, a customer aged 45-64 from Rotherham who stayed at 3* Royal National Hotel in Russell Square wrote this review.

Good points - Check in fantastic, swift and easy, room spacious enough for 2, nice and clean, breakfast very good Not so good points - the Windsor room breakfast restaurant had all the charm of a See More  Read more information motorway service station, it felt very much like a canteen. The staff were slow to clear tables and gave the impression of actually not wanting to be there! The bar area was more like an airportdeparture lounge. It was a Wifi hotspot and teenagers and adults alike just littered the floor making use of the signal! Not really what you want when you want to enjoy a drink and a chat. Overall, thishotel is geared more for school parties - would not stay again!!   Collapse  Hide

London Break

Stay Date: 15/03/14, a customer aged 45-64 who stayed at 3* Royal National Hotel in Russell Square wrote this review.

City Cruises boat trip included free in my package was excellent - some ambiguity and confusion over ticket but all worked out fine. Royal National Hotel, Russell Square was fine apart from the poor breakfast environment - more like a student hall of residence than a hotel.   Collapse  Hide
