A customer from Richmond who stayed at 3* Britannia Hotel in Birmingham wrote this review.
Birmingham is a place I do not really like - indeed it is only the galleries and theatres that attract me. Train services to Birmingham are poor (tho' the Chiltern line is attractive to trtavel along), the people generally unhelpful and the city's layout constantly confusing. Birmingham Royal Ballet - Birmingham Royal Ballet not booked with Superbreak - but an enjoyable company and the Desmond Kelly Gala was well focused and produced - justified the agony of staying in Birmingham
