A Memorable Weekend in London

A customer from Bovey Tracey who stayed at this hotel wrote this review.

using national express our journey was simple and comfortable. the oyster cards worked excellently but we had to top up. London underground after show turnout was horrendous. We much enjoyed the Tutankhamen event and the Sound of Music with Connie Fisher was out of this world. We will certainly use the service again. At the Ambassadors Hotel we did not find the Heating system as quiet as we wished and made complaint.

A Night in London

A customer from Nottinghamshire who stayed at this hotel wrote this review.

The hotel room was comfortable, although a little noisy at night, but no more than you would expect in the city. Location was good for underground at Euston Station. Disappointed with breakfast, good selection but the full english was cold. Enjoyed the First Emperor Exhibition but really disappointed with Tutankhamum at the O2. The rapid river transport to the O2 was good value and we all enjoyed the restful cruise to and from the venue. Overall a good weekend in London with excellent weather.

Weekend in London

A customer who stayed at this hotel wrote this review.

Walked around London a lot visiting places not seen for a long time and visiting many coffee shops. Would have like to try the champagne bar in the new St Pancras station, but too cold in the open air during the weekend we were there. Visited both "Tates". The modern for the "crack in the floor" (quite imptressive) and the Britain for the Turner exhibition (more interesting). Of the two the "Britain" is the more civilised.

Theatre Break in London, With A Bonus.

A customer from Surrey who stayed at this hotel wrote this review.

After a horrendous 2007 in the farming business, we needed a a new year lift. Family bought us two tickets for `Joseph` at the Adelphi. Bloomsbury Ambassador gave us excellent value for a two night break within walking distance of the major sights. Our show was on Saturday afternoon, but most evenings we ended up at Covent Garden where the street entertainers astonished us with their skills. Every day was busy and with no admission charge for the museums it didnt cost a fortune
