Why do I need to pre-book airport car parking?
To save money – our prices can represent great savings over just arriving at an airport car park.
To save time – no need to queue up and pay for your car park on your return to the UK.
To guarantee your parking space – if you have pre-booked with us your space is guaranteed and at peak times, airport car parks can get very busy.
What types of airport car parking can I book?
Superbreak offer both park & ride and meet & greet parking options at selected airports. Park & Ride car parking offers a choice of secure car parks, with a free transfer service from the car park to your terminal and back to the car park on your return. Meet & Greet car parking is the hassle free way to park your car at the airport. This service means that you drive directly to your terminal and are met by a driver who will take your car to a secured car park and deliver it back to you on your return. Ideal for families travelling with excess luggage and passengers who want a quick and simple check in.
Can I book at short notice?
Yes, you can book on our website for tomorrow if required, or you can book on the day of travel by calling our helpdesk on 0871 221 3344 (calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras). Your booking will be confirmed by email so you can print your confirmation and hand it in on arrival at the car park/terminal or simply quote your reference number if you are unable to access a printer.
What information do I need to provide when I book?
You will need to tell us your car model, colour and registration. For park & ride, we will also need to know your arrival and return times at the car park and your return flight number. For meet & greet, we need to know your arrival and return times at the airport terminal and both your outbound and return flight numbers. If you change your flights please call our helpdesk on 0871 221 3344 (calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras) so that we can amend your booking and recalculate the cost if appropriate. Please also let us know if you change your car so we can update your booking.
Is there an extra discount for booking more than one car at a time?
No – our prices are all per vehicle regardless of how many spaces are booked.
Are there any size restrictions for cars?
Yes but they vary depending on the car park. Maximum car size and vehicle exclusions information is shown for each car park so please check before booking.
Am I charged for a full day's car parking regardless of my arrival or departure time?
Charges are made from midnight on a 24 hour basis and the daily charge made by the car park is per whole or part day, regardless of arrival or departure time.
Can I book disabled parking?
Some of the car parks we feature can make arrangements for disabled customers. Once you have made your booking you will need to call the car park directly to arrange this. The car park telephone number will be on your booking confirmation.
Is there a booking fee?
No – you will not be charged a booking fee or charged for using your credit card when you book with us.
What happens if I need to change my booking?
All cancellations and amendments must be made through Superbreak and will be subject to an administration or cancellation charge. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further details or call our helpdesk on 0871 221 3344 (calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras).
What if my car is damaged or something is stolen?
You must ensure no valuables are left in your vehicle, as Superbreak will not accept liability. Parking is always at the vehicle owner's risk. The security measures are displayed for each individual car park on our website and many have a Park Mark - Safer Parking Award.
Park & Ride Airport Car Parking
Where can I find directions and a map to the car park?
Full directions and a map showing the location of the car park can be found on our website for each car park. Written directions will also be provided with your booking confirmation.
What do I do when I arrive at the car park?
On arrival at the car park you will need to report to reception and present your Superbreak confirmation email/invoice or quote your Booking Reference Number.
Will I have to leave my car keys?
At many of our car parks you will have to leave your car keys at reception and often your car will be parked for you. If you are required to leave your car keys it will be explained to you/detailed at time of booking.
How do I get to the airport from the car park?
All our car parking rates include FREE courtesy transfers to the airport. These are available 24 hours a day and generally run every 10-15 minutes, on demand or continuously at very busy airports.
What do I do when I return to the UK?
Procedures vary depending on the car park. Written return procedures will be issued and explained to you when you arrive at the car park.
Meet & Greet Airport Car Parking
Where can I find directions to the terminal?
Full directions to the terminal can be found on our website for each car park. Written directions will also be provided with your booking confirmation.
What do I do when I arrive at the terminal?
We advise all customers to call the telephone number provided on your booking confirmation approximately 10 minutes before arrival at the terminal to arrange the most convenient meeting point. Simply present your Superbreak booking reference to the parking host on arrival.
What do I do when I return to the UK?
After passing through immigration and arriving at the luggage collection area, call the telephone number on your booking confirmation to arrange the most convenient place to collect your car.
