out of 5This hotel was booked at short notice as we needed somewhere to stay whilst in manchester to see take that. My experience of bw hotels has generally been favourable and this was no exception. Nice comfortable environment, helpful staff and an ideal base for anyone wanting to travel to manchester by car but willing to use public transport to get in and out of the city centre. I intend to use the hotel when making future trips to manchester as the reasonable cost makes it an attractive alternative to a more central hotel even allowing for the cost of transport into the centre.

out of 5Second time staying at the Willow Bank. This is within our price range and we feel it is more than adequate for a visit to see our daughter. She lives lives just of the same road as the hotel. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is great. We try to spoil her on our visit. This time we went to the cinema, millenium wheel and a restaurant. Manchester is a great city with plenty to do and we are looking forward to many more visits.

out of 5Lots to do and a lovely location. The Lowry is a must as is the Imperial War Museum of the north - allow plenty of time. Will definitely return again.
