out of 5Hotel in good location only minutes from the train station. Registration was quick and reception staff very pleasant. Room very clean and beds comfortable. Meal in hotel steak restaurant was excellent and waiting staff very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

out of 5Hotel is nicely situated and close to the railway station. We needed window open at night and became aware of how close we were to "night" life ... Mainly sound of clubbers smoking outside in street. Smokers on steps at hotel entrance is very unpleasant to walk through and even a quick dash results in clothes smelling of nicotine .. And hair. Shopping is of course excellent and shop staff are amongst the best I have encountered up and down britain. Small shops as well as the well known large ones.

out of 5I have stayed at this hotel before and can not fault it in any way. The staff make you feel so welcome and really make every effort to ensure you enjoy your stay with them. Evening meal in the restaurant was excellent and so were the breakfasts. Great location -highly recommended.
