How the offer works

- Make your booking online using our secure booking form.
- After you have made your booking, we will allocate you a hotel of your chosen star rating from one of our 200 Central London hotels.
- We will contact you by phone or email to confirm your hotel and discuss train times and seat reservations to suit your needs.
- Following this you will receive email confirmation of your seat reservations
- You will receive your rail tickets through the post with written confirmation of your hotel

What train will I travel on?
After you have made your booking, we will contact you to arrange your trail details, find suitable train times and make your seat reservations on this train.
Why can't you tell me the name of the hotel?
To offer you the best rates possible, we can't tell you the name of the hotel until you have completed your booking, however we guarantee that your hotel will be ideally located in Central London to ensure that, whatever you have planned for your time in London, you are right in the heart of the Capital. If you have specific location requirements, please contact our call centre to book, and our advisors will do their best to meet your requirements.

- This offer can only be booked for travel outside five working days from today as train tickets need to be dispatched from our office.
