out of 5Great day out at Trafford Centre. Had a massage that was intensive and painful. Had better. Had facials which I was unimpressed with. No pre-cleansing at all. Staff dont consult each other so guest get asked or given same info or conflicting info. Food leaves a lot to be desired. A bit disappointed.

out of 5The Mercure Bowden Hotel was a perfect base for visiting the RHS Tatton Park Flower Show.Great location a few minutes walk from the centre of Hale and its numerous bars and restaurants. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were efficient and welcoming andthe lovely pool and spa facilities were a bonus.

out of 5The hotel was classed as a 4 star but i would say it felt like 3 ..Staff were friendly and helpful.And i think that what really let it down for me was the food on room service was over cooked and cold it was dreadful feeling when i had eaten it not very nice i was tired and hungry so didnt complain at the time.
