out of 5I was there with my sheep , it was good to meet up with friends but cut short as shopw cancelled due to weather. cancellation was at best chaotic so unable to cancell last day in time to get a discount as did not to last moment allow seep to leave.

out of 5We did not get the room of the standard we had booked to stay in with the hotel due to a reservations mistake, the hotel however were very apologetic and were bending over backwards to to try and rectify the situation. We were understanding that the hotel was fully booked and and mistakes can happen. There was absolutely no fault with the room we were given and we were even offered a 5* luxury lodge to stay in as an alternative. We were at the hotel to celebrate an anniversary and all of the staff were aware of this and we were made to feel very special. Despite the minor mistake made on the part of the hotel we will definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel set in beautiful surroundings.

out of 5Nice hotel - staff very helpful. Evening meal in The Brasserie very acceptable - good quality and well presented. The room was in tip top condition in a quiet part of the hotel - as we requested.Hotel in good location for a gently walk into Harrogate centre - with plenty of points of interest to keep us occupied. Valley Gardens has a lovely cafe which does very good lattes!

out of 5As we were attending a wedding whic was in the hotel we did not have time to explore other facilities. Our room was comfortable, unfortunately the view was over a car park, however, it was very quiet whch w good.
