out of 5The hotel was in need of refurbishment but represented excellent value for money. The staff were exceptionally nice and we were well fed. The Glasgow museums provided a wealth of exhibits and again the friendly, welcoming nature of the staff made for a happy and informative visit.

out of 5Excellent hotel, spoiled only by noisy air con unit and freezing bathroom. Looked over Central station but train noise no problem. Staff could not be friendlier, as were all the Glaswegians we met. Open top bus tour an excellent way of getting around and seeing sights.Would recommend to others.

out of 5We had a fabulous weekend in Glasgow to celebrate significant birthdays with old friends. The hotel was superbly located to allow us to see a great city as well as eat, drink and chat....we were very impressed by the value for money we received and are planning the next gathering already!
